央视纪录频道（CCTV-9）全新出品，七集纪录片，从全国精心甄选七个城市作为拍摄地，囊括东南西北各个方位的特色美食、地域文化，2014年开年献映。
每集纪录一个城市。以专业厨师的视角走进城市深处，在街边小店，在百姓家庭，在餐厅酒楼，寻找发现最能代表城市特色的民间美食。以美食为主线索，串联起城市历史、文化、环境等纵深元素。以美食的味道，解析城市味道、城市气质。
《一城一味》第一季。从全国精心甄选七个城市作为拍摄地。囊括东南西北各个方位的特色美食、地域文化。以“变化的城市，不变的味道”为灵魂，传递“一方水土养一方人”的中国文化，以食物的美好，表达城市的美好，诠释城市魅力。
